its like with mcdonalds the burgers on the menu always look nicer then how they served (squashed together)
but with the daily mail you should complain, particulary your motther in law and you should get some sort of compensation
you should never do anything like that they always make it look better than it is
Not involved in it but for heavens sake get onto the Daily Mail and tell them what you think of yours and that your mother-in-law’s are faulty. There is a trade description act and remind them of this. Otherwise politely say you will be writing to other papers and that should stir some action.
You can’t always get what you want..but if you try sometimes……
